A small flowering herb, that is semi parasitic on grass roots. It grows mostly on black cotton soils, is often found after rains on the short grass plains and has 4 pink or white petals with yellow centres. Is also called Ink Flowers, not because it produces ink, but because it goes a blue colour when it ages.
