Fly in safari to the Maasai Mara. This the best way to get to the Maasai Mara as the roads are not good at all from Narok to the main gates.
Flights are with Air Kenya a well known operator in Kenya with a very good reputation. The flight is just under an hour, but you have to go to a couple of other airstrips before yours so do not worry about it, someone will be there if you have any questions.

Nairobi – Maasai Mara
Your flight from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara is on Air Kenya Aviation. Please check-in at the Wilson Airport, by 8.45 a.m. for your 9.15 a.m. departure. Please note that there is a baggage allowance of 15 kgs per person. On arrival in the Mara at 10.00 a.m. you are met and driven to your tented camp.
Your safari includes game drives in the Camp’s 4 wheel drive vehicles. You will be taken on a late morning game drive shortly after arrival returning to the Camp for lunch. At 3.30 p.m. you will be taken on an afternoon game drive returning to the Camp at dusk.
Dinner and overnight is at your tented camp.

Full day in the Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The best times for game viewing are the early morning and late afternoon as the animals tend to rest in the shade during the heat of the day.

You depart on an early morning game drive then you will return back to the camp for breakfast. Later in the morning you will be transferred back to the airstrip to catch your return flight on Air Kenya Aviation which departs the Mara at 10.15 a.m. and arrives in Nairobi at 11.45 a.m. Safari ends.
