This is NOT allowed in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, but is permitted in the the conservancies and group ranches that border the Maasai Mara. Most camps and lodges do offer walks and one will normally walk with a Maasai who explains the way of the Maasai culture, tracks, sounds and a lot more.
