Private campsite on the Talek River in between Ol Kiombo and Talek Town.
The campsite has been cleared of bushes, but all the trees have been left to ensure you have enough shade. There is no cooking area, toilets or running water. Private campsites give you TOTAL control.
Accommodation
There is no accommodation available. You have to bring your own tents with you. We recommend you bring a spare tent for rangers that you will have to have.
Food
You will have to bring your own food. There is no crockery or cutlery and there is no kitchen tent.
Guides
You may have to get a guide from Talek Town if you do not know the area.
Cost
There is a non refundable Ksh.30,000/= (US$ 375 approx.) booking fee.
There is per bed night charge of Ksh. 1,500/= (US$ 20 approx.)
